A cold gun contains no ammunition - not cotains no live ammunition. A check on the gun would have revealed ammunition - regardless if he was able to identify it, which he still should have been able to - and that would have been a red flag, since it was called cold. Then it would have bee identified.
Claiming one doesnt do something often enough to maintain required knowledge to maintain safety is a very poor, unacceptable excuse - at least when lives are at stake.
Its clear you think someone on a set doesnt have to be held to the same standards as others - and someone died as a result - they need to be held to stricter standards - as we have both said the risks are greater. It didnt happen here.
